Registred user accounts can access additional services at MultiBox.\\
Each user account comes with the following features:

  * E-mail address with 5GB of storage on the server, with…
      * Access to online MultiBox Webmail client for reading/sending mail
      * Ability to create additional e-mail aliases that can be used to keep your original e-mail address private
  * Address Book storage for contacts, with CardDAV support for accesing/syncing contacts to any device
  * Cloud storage with separate 5GB of storage space with integrated…
      * Office suite for working with documents, spreadsheets and presentations directly in browser
      * Drawing app for creating diagrams and sketches
      * Powerfull Photo gallery that can show locations of your photos on maps
      * Music Player with streaming support for apps using Ampache or Subsonic API protocol
      * Notes app with mobile app support
      * Passwords app fo store your login detail privatley
      * Talk app for private chat and voice communication
      * … and more.
  * Git storage for projects

===== Account & Profile Settings =====

Each user account at MultiBox has it's own "Profile" which contains data related to the account. \\ Users can use Account/Profile Settings to…

  * Edit account name
  * Change account password
  * Add/Edit/Remove e-mail address aliases
  * Add/Remove forwarding address to forward mail to another e-mail (not recommended)

To edit profile/account settings user must be logged in to the user portal ([[https://multibox.nohost.me/yunohost/sso/|https://multibox.nohost.me/yunohost/sso/]]). \\
On the user portal either click on ✏️ icon next to the username in the top right corner, or "Edit my profile" link at the bottom of page.
