E-mail Server Details

Configuration details IMAP, SMTP and POP.


MultiBox Mail

Most clients can automatically pull and configure email server settings when adding new e-mail account.
Otherwise use settings provided bellow to manually configure e-mail client for reading and sending messages.

IMAP📩 (recommended)

IMAP protocol is used for reading e-mail messages.
Recommended if you are using multiple devices/clients for reading mail (desktop, mobile,…).
Mail is syncronized between client and server, but original messages are keept on server as backup.
This makes it possible to read all messages from any device/client you use.
Deleted messages are first moved to “Trash” folder, and are completley deleted after you empty Trash folder.

POP3📩

POP3 protocol is used for reading mail.
Messages are downloaded from server and are only accesible in the client which was used at that time.
No messages are kept on the server after downloading.

SMTP📨

SMTP protocol is used for sending mail.
Sent mail is saved on the server when using Webmail client, otherwise it depends on the client settings.

After obtaining “app password” you have to enter it as it is, including spaces.
